Ferguson, Mo., Likened to War Zone in Wake of Michael Brown's Death

Activist and rapper Tef Poe joins us from the riots in Ferguson.

Unarmed 19-year-old Michael Brown was shot and killed by police in Ferguson, Missouri, on Saturday night. Although local law enforcement claims Brown assaulted an officer, the community isn't buying this story, calling Brown's death a civil rights violation.

Riots rage in Ferguson; police have attempted to quell the town with a curfew. With assault rifles going off, police covered in body armor, and tanks patrolling the streets, activist and rapper Tef Poe believes Brown's death is "more about power than race" and that it has "permanently severed the relationship" between the community and the police.
