The 75th Anniversary Peabody Awards on Pivot, Hosted by Keegan-Michael Key

Great storytelling can come from anywhere. There are no rules that define how to tell a story. The Peabody Awards identify and honor the stories that not only make us care but also inspire us to take action. Since 1941, The Peabody Awards have existed to recognize the stories that matter. Starting as early as February, thousands of stories told through radio, TV, and the Web are self-submitted to the Peabody board and judged on three criteria: (1) Does this story matter?, (2) Does it inform us as citizens?, and (3) Does it need telling?

Hosted by Keegan-Michael Key, the 75th Anniversary Peabody Awards on Pivot is a special TV event airing on Monday, June 6th at 8 p.m. ET/PT that celebrates excellence in media and stories that matter. Winners this year include David Letterman, Stanley Nelson, and The Daily Show with Jon Stewart.
